アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人が第4期（平成25年11月期）決算を発表した。第4期は商業施設1棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与する一方、上場時に取得した物件の固都税計上等により、前期比8.4%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,523円となった。第5期は、期初に投資口の追加発行、神戸旧居留地25番館を含め6棟取得を行った。これにより前期比22%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,504円と前期と同水準となる見通し。続く第6期1口当たり分配金は15,511円となる見通し。
