アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人（API）が大阪のオフィスビルを取得することを発表した。物件は中之島地区に位置し、京阪電鉄大江橋駅より徒歩1分、大阪市営地下鉄淀屋橋駅より徒歩5分、昭和59年竣工15階建のオフィスビル。APIは共有持分50%を取得し、残り50%はAPIのスポンサーである東急不動産が取得する。取得時のテナントは43社、稼働率は99.6%。これに伴い1月11日に発表した第3期（平成25年5月期）及び第4期（平成25年11月期）業績予想を修正。第3期は従来予想比2.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,580円となる見通し。続く第4期は3.4%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,633円となる見通し。
