アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人が本日東証に上場した。公募価格460,000円に対し、初値は445,000円と3.2%下回った。公募にて調達した908億円及び借入金770億円により、オフィスビル及び商業施設計18棟1,703億円を取得し運用を開始する。上場期である第2期（平成24年11月期）の実質運用期間は6月13日から11月30日までの171日間。1口当たり分配金は12,296円となる見通し。続く第3期（平成25年5月期）1口当たり分配金は15,250円となる見通し。
