アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人が（API）が6月13日東証に上場する。スポンサーは東急不動産1社。都市型商業施設及び東京のオフィスビルを主要な投資対象とする。上場時の運用資産は18棟、取得額は計1,703億円。上場時に投資口204,100口（国内129,060口、海外75,040口）の発行、オーバーアロットメントによる売出10,300口を行い、調達額は第三者割当増資を含み最大で1,072億円を見込む。ブックビルディングは5月28日～31日、発行価格は6月1日に決定。国内募集の主幹事は、野村證券、三菱UFJモルガン・スタンレー証券、みずほ証券。
