大和ハウスリート投資法人（DHR）が、佐賀県鳥栖市に保有する物流施設の増築棟（現在未竣工）の取得を発表した。DHRが現在運用する「Dプロジェクト鳥栖」のテナントである日本ハム株式会社より増床の要請を受け、DHRのスポンサーである大和ハウス工業が既存棟に隣接して新たに建物を建築し、2016年5月竣工後にDHRが取得する。取得額は26億円。DHRは日本ハムと定期賃貸借予約契約を締結済み。
