大和ハウスリート投資法人が、第14期（平成27年2月期）決算を発表した。第14期は「アクロスプラザ三芳」の底地を取得。これによる賃貸収益及び前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比7.9％、1口当たり分配金は8,674円となった。期末のポートフォリオは33棟、資産規模（取得額計）は1,475億円、有利子負債比率は46.5％。第15期（平成27年8月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「Dプロジェクト西淀川」等物流施設7棟を取得。これにより前期比12.3％増益を見込むが、投資口数19.5％増加により、1口当たり分配金は8,150円と前期を6％下回る見通し。続く第16期（平成28年2月期）は前期予想比8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,800円となる見通し。
