大和ハウスリート投資法人（DHR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は44,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し4,400口。これにより発行後の投資口数は20%増の293,480口となる予定。調達額は192億円を見込み、併せて発表した6棟の取得資金に充当する。取得する物件は、スポンサーである大和ハウス工業グループが開発した物流施設6棟。取得額は計251億円。これによりDHRの資産規模は21%増の1,441億円となる。これらに伴い第13期（平成26年8月期）業績予想修正、第14期（平成27年2月期）業績予想を発表した。第13期は、上記6棟取得により、前回予想比21.8%増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は7,800円と前回予想を2%上回る見通し。第14期は、6棟の通期稼働により、前期予想比5.1%増益、1口当たり分配金は8,200円となる見通し。
