大和ハウスリート投資法人が投資口の分割を発表した。2月末を基準日として第13期(平成26年8月期)より投資口1口を2口に分割する。これに伴い投資口数が122,540口から245,080口となり、1口当たり予想分配金を15,300円から7,650円へ修正した。
