大和ハウスリート投資法人（DHR）が第10期（平成25年2月期）決算を発表した。DHRは平成19年設立後私募で商業施設4棟を運用。その後平成24年11月28日に東証に上場し、併せて物流施設と商業施設計20棟を取得した。第10期は上場時の取得物件が3ヶ月寄与し、当期利益918百万円、1口当たり分配金は7,278円となった。第11期（平成25年8月期）は、高崎の商業施設を取得。上場時の取得物件の通期稼働により前期比105%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,400円となる見通し。続く第12期（平成26年2月期）1口当たり分配金も15,400円となる見通し。
