大和ハウスリート投資法人（DHR）が本日東証に上場した。初値は504千円となり、IPOの発行価格500千円を0.8%上回った。DHRは既に商業施設4棟を運用しており、上場時に物流施設19棟、商業施設1棟を取得する。これに伴い第10期（平成25年2月期）業績予想は、当期純利益813百万円、1口当たり分配金は6,420円となる見通し。続く第11期（平成25年8月期）は上場時に取得する物件が通期寄与するため、前期予想比117%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,430円となる見通し。
