大和ハウスリート投資法人が、11月28日東証に上場する。REITの新規上場は今年3件目。スポンサーは大和ハウス工業の1社。物流施設及び商業施設を投資対象とする。大和ハウスリート投資法人は、2008年6月に上場を予定していたが、市況の悪化を背景に上場を中止した経緯がある。4年を経てポートフォリオを再構築し改めて上場する。上場時の取得資産は、物流施設19棟、商業施設5棟の計24棟。資産規模は取得価格ベースで計1,145億円。上場時に投資口102,800口（うち海外募集15,400口含む）の発行、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し5,140口を行い、調達資金は540億円を見込む。ブックビルディングは11月12日～16日。発行価格決定日は11月19日。主幹事証券会社は、野村證券及び三菱UFJモルガン・スタンレー証券。
