6月19日に東証へ上場を予定していた大和ハウスリート投資法人が、上場を中止することを発表。本日発行価格決定の予定であったが、市場環境の悪化からブックビルディングの需要が低調であったと見られる。承認後の上場中止は、昨年6月の市況変調以降4件目となる。
