大和ハウスリート投資法人が6月19日東証上場へ

大和ハウスリート投資法人（3263）が6月19日に東証に上場する。J-REITの新規上場は07年10月に上場した産業ファンド投資法人以来半年ぶり。43番目のREITとなる。商業施設・物流施設・住宅を中心として、ホテル・介護施設・オフィスビルにも投資を行う総合型REITとして、資産規模1,000億円で運用を開始する。上場時の物件は、商業施設と物流施設の計15棟。資産運用会社は、大和ハウス・リート・マネジメント(株)。スポンサーは大和ハウス工業1社のみ。上場時に投資口119,800口の発行及びオーバーアロットメントによる売出7,200口を行い、635億円を調達する見込み。主幹事証券は野村證券。ブックビルディング期間は6月4日から9日まで。
