大和ハウス工業が平成18年6月に設立した大和ハウス・リート・マネジメント(株)が、7月3日、金融庁より投資信託委託業者の認可を取得した。現在、大和ハウスは、ビ・ライフ投資法人の資産運用会社モリモト・アセットマネジメント(株)に出資し運用に参画しているが、今回は単独でのREIT設立となる。商業施設・物流施設・住宅等を投資対象したREITを設立予定。
