産業ファンド投資法人（IIF）が、物流施設及び底地を裏付資産とする匿名組合出資持分を取得する。 対象となる不動産は、岩手県北上市にある「北上物流センター」等、アルプス物流が保有する物流施設及び底地の計8物件。8物件の鑑定価格は計401.13億円。 同社の資産圧縮及び資本効率改善を目的に設立されたブリッジファンドに共同投資する。IIFは匿名組合出資持分16.5％を17.13億円で取得する。想定配当利回りは6.7％。 併せて2028年6月を期限とする対象不動産の優先交渉権を取得する。
