産業ファンド投資法人（IIF）が、「IIF岩手一関ロジスティクスセンター」を取得する。 物件は、東北道一関ICより8.1キロに位置する、1992年竣工の物流施設。テナントは11社、稼働率は84.6％。取得額は10.7億円。 また「IIF習志野ロジスティクスセンターⅡ」の再開発プロジェクトを発表した。物件は東関道湾岸習志野ICより3キロに位置する物流施設。現在サッポロビールがテナントとして利用しているが、2024年8月に賃貸借契約が満了となる。未消化容積率及び未消化建蔽率が存在するため、再開発を検討するなかで、新たなテナントを誘致し、竣工後の建物の定期賃貸借予約契約を締結した。現テナント契約終了後、IIFが建物を解体し、SMFLみらいパートナーズに土地を賃貸する。SMFLみらいパートナーズが再開発を行い、再開発後の建物の優先交渉権をIIFが取得する。建物の竣工は2027年2月予定。再開発後の取得額（土地含む）は355.96億円を見込む。
