産業ファンド投資法人が、「IIF習志野ロジスティクスセンター」の建物を竣工後の2025年9月に取得することを発表した。 本物件は、東関道湾岸習志野ICより3キロに、2025年2月に竣工予定の物流施設。IIFは本物件の土地を2010年に取得し、鹿島リースへ賃貸している。事業用借地契約が満了を迎えるにあたり、鹿島リースと協業で大手物流会社の拠点として物流施設の再開発事業を行うことを決定した。鹿島リースが建物を建築し、竣工後にIIFが取得する。建物の取得額は51.26億円。IIFは再開発期間中も原契約と同等の地代を収受するとともに、既存建物の解体等の費用負担を回避できる。 なお、テナントとなる(株)拓洋と15年間の賃貸借予約契約（10年間解約不可）を締結済。
