産業ファンド投資法人（IIF）が、大阪湾岸エリアに保有するデータセンターを売却すする。 物件は、住之江区南港北に位置する、1992年竣工、6階建のデータセンター。IIFは2013年に取得した。野村総合研究所に一括賃貸しているが、2023年2月に定期賃貸借契約の期限を控える。建物の立地やスペックの競争力低下により、退去リスクが想定されることから、早期売却を決定した。売却額は27億円。簿価との差額は15.44億円となり、第31期（2023年1月期）に多額の売却益が発生するが、保有物件の再開発等による一時的な減収分に対応するため行う予定であった一時的利益超過分配の減額に充当する予定。
