産業ファンド投資法人が、第29期（2022年1月期）決算を発表した。 第29期は、「IIF湘南ヘルスイノベーションパーク」の追加持分等3物件を取得する一方、「IIF品川ITソリューションセンター」を売却した。これにより賃貸収入は増加したが、固都税や減価償却費、水光熱費の増加により、前期比13.2％減益。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,060円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは74物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,723億円、有利子負債比率は48.2％。 第30期（2022年7月期）は、IIF入間マニュファクチュアリングセンター等の底地2件を取得。新規物件の収益が寄与するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなること、IIF厚木ロジスティクスセンターⅢの建替えに伴う解体費用発生により、前期比3.1％減益を見込む。再開発に伴う一時的な減収や費用増加に対し、出資の払戻しによる利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,100円となる見通し。 第31期（2023年1月期）は、「IIF四日市ロジスティクスセンター」の新築棟を取得する。新規物件の収益寄与、減価償却費の減少により、前期予想比3.1％増益を見込む。前期同様に再開発に伴う一時的な減収に対し、出資の払戻しによる利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,020円となる見通し。
