産業ファンド投資法人（IIF）が、三重県四日市市にある物流施設を取得する。 物件は、東名阪自動車道四日市東インターより1.5キロに位置する、2000年竣工、5階建の物流施設。鹿島グループである鹿島建物総合管理と10年間のマスターリース契約を締結する。取得額は36.4億円。 更に、同敷地内に鹿島グループと共同で新築棟を企画開発する。鹿島グループが開発し、竣工後の建物をIIFが取得するスキーム。開発期間中は、鹿島グループと定期借地権設定契約を契約し、IIFは地代を受領する。新築棟は2022年9月竣工予定。新築棟の取得額は51.8億円（予定）。
