産業ファンド投資法人が、データセンター2物件を売却する。2物件の売却額は計130億円。 「IIF品川ITソリューションセンター」は、収益低下により直近期時点で含み損であり、またテナント入替えにより7割がオフィス用途となっていた。 「IIF座間ITソリューションセンター」は、現時点で100％稼働しているが、建物スペックが相対的に劣るため、将来的なリーシングリスクを抱えていた。 IIF座間ITソリューションセンターの売却により、第28期（2021年7月期）に売却損が発生するが、他の売却物件の売却益が計上されるため、業績予想の修正はなし。 IIF品川ITソリューションセンターの売却により、第29期（2022年1月期）に売却益が発生する見込み（第29期の業績予想は未公表）。
