産業ファンド投資法人が、茨城県龍ヶ崎市にある工場施設の底地を売却する。2019年1月に取得し、制御機器メーカー大手のIDECに賃貸しているが、将来的に中途解約の可能性も視野に運用方針を検討するなか、簿価を37.8％上回る価格で売却できる点から売却を決定した。売却額は13.2億円。売却先は非開示。簿価との差額は362百万円となり、売却益が発生するが、業績予想の修正はなし。
