産業ファンド投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。 発行口数は181,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は9,000口。これにより発行後の投資口数は10.1％増の2,070,016口となる予定。 調達額は331億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は「IIF湘南ヘルスイノベーションパーク」の追加持分等、研究施設、底地、物流施設の計3物件、取得額は計452.35億円。取得後の資産規模は14％増の3,699億円となる。一方、有利子負債比率は49.7％から48.1％へ低下する見込み。 これに伴い、第27期（2021年1月期）業績予想を修正。上記3物件の賃貸収益が寄与し、3月に公表した業績予想に対し17.7％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,158円と6.9％増となる見通し。 併せて第28期（2021年7月期）業績予想を発表。上記3物件が通期寄与する一方、固都税、修繕費、減価償却費の増加により、当期利益は前期予想と同水準を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,158円となる見通し。
