産業ファンド投資法人が、第24期（2019年7月期）決算を発表した。 第24期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「IIF昭島ロジスティクスセンター」等、5物件を取得する一方、「IIF厚木ロジスティクスセンター」の50％を売却。 これによる賃貸収益の増加、物件売却益470百万円が寄与し、前期比12.2％増益。投資口数が5.6％増加するが、一時的な利益超過分配を行うことにより、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,933円と前期比7.7％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは72物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,992億円、有利子負債比率は49.9％。 第25期（2020年1月期）は、「IIF厚木ロジスティクスセンター」の残り50％を売却する。物件売却益484百万円、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比6.6％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,085円となる見通し。
