産業ファンド投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は1年3ヶ月ぶり。 発行口数は90,700口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は4,500口。これにより発行後の投資口数は5.6％増の1,794,016口となる予定。 調達額は約113億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金とする。 新たに取得する物件は、「IIF新川崎R&Dセンター」等5物件。取得額は計246億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は9％増の2,983億円となる。（8月売却予定のIIF厚木ロジスティクスセンターを除く） これに伴い第24期（2019年7月期）業績予想を修正。上記5物件の賃貸収益が寄与し、3月に公表した業績予想に対し3.5％増益を見込む。投資口数の増加により、1口当たり利益分配金は2％減少するが、利益超過分配金を一時的に増額することにより、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,933円と変わらない見通し。 併せて第25期（2020年1月期）業績予想を発表。第25期は、IIF厚木ロジスティクスセンターの残り50％持分を売却予定。これによる売却益484百万円及び上記5物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比7.3％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,085円と前期予想を5.2％上回る見通し。
