産業ファンド投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は1年ぶり。 発行口数は109,800口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は2,600口。これにより発行後の投資口数は7.1％増の1,701,056口となる予定。 調達額は約132億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は、「IIF広島マニュフェクチュアリングセンター（底地）」等、工場敷地及び物流施設の計10物件、取得額は計213億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は8％増の2,747億円となる。 これらに伴い、第22期（平成30年7月期）及び第23期（平成31年1月期）業績予想を発表。 第22期は、上記物件を併せ13物件を取得する。これにより前期予想比13％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,689円と前期予想を5.6％上回る見通し。 第23期は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与するが、既存物件のテナント退去や固都税の増加等により、前期予想比1.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,656円となる見通し。
