産業ファンド投資法人が、「IIF福岡箱崎ロジスティクスセンターⅠ」等、福岡の物流施設3物件を追加取得する。 物件は、博多湾沿岸箱崎ふ頭にある物流施設。うち2物件は、共有持分60％を既に運用しており、今回残り持分40％を取得することによって、完全所有とする。また1物件は、保有する物件の同敷地内に3月に竣工予定。既にテナントと10年間の定期賃貸借契約を締結済。これら3物件の取得額は67.83億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は2.7％増の2,534億円となる。
