産業ファンド投資法人が、第20期（平成29年7月期）決算を発表した。 第20期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「IIF大阪住之江ロジスティクスセンターⅠ」等、11物件を取得。また決算期を6月／12月から1月／7期へ変更したため、第20期の運用期間のみ平成29年1月から7月の7ヶ月間となった。賃貸収益の増加及び運用期間の増加に伴い、前期比34.6％増益。投資口数が12.7％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は11,674円と、前期を19.5％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは59物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,465億円、有利子負債比率は50.2％。 第21期（平成30年1月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、運用期間が6ヶ月となるため、前期比12.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は10,186円となる見通し。 併せて、投資口の分割を発表した。平成30年1月末を基準日とし、第22期（平成30年7月期）より、投資口1口を4口に分割。個人投資家層の拡大を図る。
