産業ファンド投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2年ぶり。 発行口数は43,538口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は1,062口。これにより発行後の投資口数は12.7％増の397,164口となる予定。 調達額は約226億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は、工場2物件、物流施設9物件の計11物件、取得額は338億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は15.9％増の2,465億円となる。 これらに伴い、第20期（平成29年7月期）及び第21期（平成30年1月期）業績予想を発表。第20期より決算期が従来の6月/12月から1月/7月に変更となるため、第20期のみ運用期間が7ヶ月間となる。新規取得物件の収益寄与や運用期間の変則に伴い、投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は11,538円となる見通し。 第21期の運用期間は6ヶ月間。前期より運用期間が短くなるため、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は10,173円となる見通し。
