産業ファンド投資法人が、江東区東雲にある研究施設を売却する。 本物件は、一棟貸しテナントであった日本ユニシスが9月末に退去後、テナント誘致と売却の両方の対応を検討していたが、11月に売却することを決定。売却先は非開示。簿価との差額は102百万円を見込み売却益が発生するが、内部留保を検討する。
