産業ファンド投資法人が、第18期（平成28年6月期）決算を発表した。 第18期は、物流施設2物件（うち1物件は追加取得）、研究施設1物件、底地2物件を取得。これによる賃貸収益及び「IIF羽田空港メインテナンスセンター」の賃料増額改定等が寄与し、前期比2.9％増益。繰延ヘッジ損失405百万円相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は9,590円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは47物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,101億円、有利子負債比率は50.7％。 併せて、埼玉県加須市の物流施設を9月に取得することを発表した。取得額は23.6億円、売り主はヒューリック。 第19期（平成28年12月期）は、9月末に「IIF東雲R&Dセンター」の一括テナントが退去するも、7月に取得した2物件を加えた計3物件の取得による増収を見込み、前期比0.1％増益、1口当たり分配金は9,600円（利益超過分配金含む）となる見通し。 IIF東雲R&Dセンターは、オフィス転用を含めたテナント誘致と売却の両方を検討していく予定。 また、第20期より決算期の変更行う予定（但し、投資主総会による承認を条件とする）。一般的に、事業会社の資産売却は第4四半期（1月～3月）に意思決定することが多い。これに併せて現在6月／12月の決算を1月／7月に変更し、第20期の運用期間は平成29年1月から7月の7ヶ月間となる見込み。
