産業ファンド投資法人（IIF）が、横浜の研究施設と大阪の物流施設を取得する。横浜の研究施設は、首都高速神奈川3号狩場線新山下出入口近くに位置する、平成19年竣工の自動車部品の研究施設。取得額は38億円。IIFは3月に共有持分0.3％を取得済であり、今回の取得は残り99.7％の優先交渉権を行使した。大阪の物流施設は、阪急高速2号線淀川左岸線島屋出口近くに位置する、平成3年竣工の物流施設（共有持分51％）。取得額は44.4億円。佐川急便と平成39年2月末までの賃貸借契約を締結する。残りの共有持分49％について、IIFが平成29年3月を行使期限とする優先交渉権を取得する。本物件取得後の第19期（平成28年12月期）業績予想は、8月公表予定の第18期(平成28年6月期）決算発表時に開示する。
