産業ファンド投資法人（IIF）が、千葉県浦安市にある工場の底地を取得する。物件は、首都高湾岸線舞浜入口より1キロ、浦安鉄鋼団地内に位置する工場の底地。取得額は13億円。売り主は、スポンサーである三菱商事グループの(株)スズヤス。IIFが取得後に建機レンタル大手の西尾レントオールと、49年間の事業用定期借地契約（うち10年間解約不可）を締結する。
