産業ファンド投資法人が、第16期（平成27年6月期）決算を発表した。第16期は投資口の追加発行を行い「IIF品川ITソリューションセンター」等6物件を取得。また「IIF西宮ロジスティクスセンター」の増築を行った。これらによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比10.8％増益。投資口2分割に伴い、1口当たり分配金は8,796円（分割前換算17,592円）となり、増資により投資口数が増加するも、分割前換算で前期を4.0％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは42物件、資産規模（取得額計）は2,038億円、有利子負債比率は50.4％。第17期（平成27年12月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比5.0％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,236円となる見通し。
