産業ファンド投資法人（IIF）が、兵庫県西宮市に保有する物流施設に隣接して新たな棟を増築する。開発リスクを回避するため、既存棟のテナントである鈴與グループが建築主となり、建物竣工後にIIFが取得するとともに、鈴與株式会社と20年間の定期借家予約契約を締結。増築部分の想定NOI利回りは7.1％。竣工は平成28年5月予定。
