産業ファンド投資法人（IIF）が第15期（平成26年12月期）決算を発表した。第15期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比1.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,911円となった。期末のポートフォリオは36件、資産規模（取得額計）は1,820億円、有利子負債比率は50.5％。併せて投資口の追加発行及び6件取得を発表した。発行口数は20,988口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し512口。これにより発行後の投資口数は6.5%増の352,564口となる予定。調達額は116億円を見込み、「IIF品川ITソリューションセンター」等インフラ施設及び物流施設計6件の取得資金に充当する。6件の取得額は計217億円。これによりIIFの資産規模は12％増の2,038億円となる。これらに伴い、第16期（平成27年6月期）は、上記6件取得が寄与し、前期比8.6％増益を見込む。投資口2分割により1口当たり分配金は8,625円（分割前換算17,250円）となる見通し。続く第17期（平成27年12月期）は、前期予想比6.0％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,139円（分割前18,278円）となる見通し。
