産業ファンド投資法人（IIF）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は8,884口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し216口。これにより発行後の投資口数は5.8%増の165,532口となる。調達資金は73億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、物流施設7棟、タンクターミナルの底地1件の計8件、取得額は計166億円。これによりIIFの資産規模は10%増の1,819億円となる。これらに伴い第14期（平成26年6月期）及び第15期（平成26年12月期）業績予想を発表した。第14期は、上記8件取得及びIIF川崎サイエンスセンターの建物取得（契約済）が寄与し、前期予想比7.3%増益、投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は16,184円と前期予想を1.4%上回る見通し。続く第15期は前期予想比2%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,508円となる見通し。
