産業ファンド投資法人（IIF）が物流施設に投資するSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得する。SPCの対象資産は京都府京田辺市にある平成19年竣工の物流施設（準共有持分51%）。物件の鑑定価格は31億円。IIFの出資割合は匿名組合出資総額の1.25%。併せて物件全持分の優先購入権を取得する。
