産業ファンド投資法人(IIF)が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は15,424口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し376口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は11%増の156,432口となる見込み。IIFは前回の増資時(平成24年3月)より投資口価格が約50%上昇しており、発行価格が1口当たり純資産額を上回る、上場後初のプレミアム増資となる見通し。調達資金は96億円を予定し、併せて発表した6棟の取得資金に充当する。取得する物件は、物流施設3棟、研究施設(未竣工)1棟、インフラ施設2棟の計6棟、想定取得価格は計180億円。これらに伴い第12期（平成24年6月期）及び第13期（平成24年12月期）業績予想を発表。第12期は、上記6棟取得を前提とし、前期予想比21%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,567円となる見通し。続く第13期は、上記取得の通期寄与により3%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,029円となる見通し。
