産業ファンド投資法人（IIF）が埼玉の物流施設を取得する。物件は、JR川口駅より西方1.5キロにある、平成14年竣工、6階建の物流施設。IIFは、売り主である明治ロジテックと2年間の定期賃貸借契約を締結する。これによる第11期（平成24年12月期）業績予想の修正はないが、上記物件取得及び併せて発表した投資法人債の発行に伴う金利コスト削減を反映した次期以降1口当たり分配金への寄与は＋ 432円と試算する。
