産業ファンド投資法人が第10期(平成24年6月期)決算を発表した。第10期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、物流施設等計6棟(取得額計37,274百万円)を取得。これにより前期比60%増益、投資口数が50%増加するも1口当たり分配金は13,176円と前期を6%上回った。第11期(平成24年12月期)は、劣後ローン残額の期限前弁済により、金利コストの低減を図る。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比8.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,263円となる見通し。
