産業ファンド投資法人が第8期（平成23年6月期）決算を発表した。第8期は、公募増資を行い物流施設5棟（うち1件は底地）を取得した。これにより前期比28%増益、投資口数が18%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は10,919円と前期を8%上回った。併せて劣後投資法人債80億円の期限前償還及び借入金116億円のリファイナンスを発表、金利コストの低下及び長期固定比率の増加を図る。第9期は、前期に取得した5棟の通期稼働及びテナント解約違約金等により、前期比12%増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は12,285円となる見通し。
