産業ファンド投資法人（IIF）が第7期（平成22年12月期）決算を発表した。第7期は研究施設1棟を取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなったこと等により前期比37%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,102円となった。併せて投資口の追加発行及び物流施設5棟（うち1件は底地）の取得を発表した。発行口数は14,200口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出1,400口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は最大で20%増の94,635口を見込む。調達資金は56億円を見込み、5棟の取得資金に充当する。5棟の取得価格は計113億円。これによりIIFのポートフォリオは12%増の1,082億円となる。上記投資口追加発行及び5棟取得により、第8期（平成23年6月期）業績予想は前期比30%増益、投資口数が20%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は11,012円と前期を上回る見通し。続く第9期（平成23年12月期）は10%増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は12,090円となる見通し。
