産業ファンド投資法人が第6期（平成22年6月期）決算を発表した。第6期は、底地2件取得及び保有物件1棟売却を行った。物件売却益459百万円が寄与し、前期比57%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,235円となった。第7期は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、38%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,036円となる見通し。 なお、IIFのポートフォリオ全体の約40%を占めるIIF羽田空港メインテナンスセンター（航空機格納庫）の賃貸借契約を変更することを発表。一定期間賃料減額とするも、契約期間の延長により収益の安定を見込む。具体的な変更内容は、①契約の残余期間を7年から15年へ延長、②定期賃貸借契約に変更し、賃料減額請求及び中途解約の禁止、③一定期間の賃料減額（平成23年より5年間は5%減額、平成28年より5年間は3%減額）。
