産業ファンド投資法人が第5期（平成21年12月期）決算を発表した。第5期は前期に売却した物件の収益減及び売却益がなくなり前期比6.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,342円となった。併せて千葉県習志野市にある物流施設の底地を取得することを発表。取得額は11.9億円。敷地面積は19,834㎡。大手リース会社と借地契約（残存期間12年）を締結し安定的な収益を見込む。また、第6期以降の施策として、物件の入替を進めていく意向を示す。第6期（平成22年6月期）は上記の底地の収益寄与及び支払利息の減少等を見込み5.1%増益、1口当たり分配金は10,880円となる見通し。
