産業ファンド投資法人が保有物件1棟を売却する。売却する物件は、東京都武蔵村山市にある物流施設。売却額は80億円。簿価との差額は2.2億円。IIFは第3期（平成20年12月期）末時点の有利子負債比率が60%と高くなっており、財務基盤を強化するために、物件売却を検討していた。既に発表している第4期（平成21年6月期）業績予想に今回の物件売却を前提としているため、業績予想の修正はなし。
