産業ファンド投資法人が第3期（平成20年12月期）1口当たり予想分配金を修正した。当初想定よりファイナンス費用が減少することにより、1口当たり予想分配金が従来予想比8.3%増の11,957円となる見通し。また今後の運用の考え方として、LTVの引き下げを図るために、15日に発表された政府のREIT支援対策や、スポンサーとの連携、資産の売却等を検討していくことを発表。
