産業ファンド投資法人が第2期（平成20年6月期）決算を発表した。第2期はインフラ施設1棟を取得。これにより資産規模を従来の1.5倍に拡大。当期利益は954百万円、1口当たり分配金は12,072円となった。第3期（平成20年12月期）は、第2期に取得した物件の通期稼働により14.6%増収となる一方、平成19年に取得した物件の固都税及び支払利息増により8.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,037円となる見通し。
