産業ファンド投資法人が、予定していた投資口の追加発行を中止することを発表した。J-REITの公募増資の中止は初めて。本日より価格決定日であったが、増資発表後投資口価格が約19%下落したため、予定していた資金を調達できなかったと考えられる。それに併せ、取得予定であった9棟（計331億円）の取得を中止する。これに伴い、第3期（平成20年12月期）業績予想を再修正した。物件取得中止により従来予想比43%減益となるものの増資中止による投資口増加がなくなるため、1口当たり分配金は11,037円と8%上回る見通し。
