産業ファンド投資法人（IIF）が10月18日に東証に上場する。IIFは、物流施設以外に工場・研究開発施設や交通・通信・エネルギー等のインフラ施設を投資対象用途とする初めてのJ-REITになる。資産運用会社は、日本リテールファンド投資法人の運用も行う三菱商事UBSリアルティ。 上場時に9物件（660億円）、平成20年8月（第3期）に1物件(152億円）を取得する予定。内訳は、物流施設8物件・479億円、インフラ施設2物件・333億円（1物件は2期に取得予定）で旗艦物件はインフラ施設の「IIF神戸地域冷暖房センター」181億円となる。 上場時に投資口44,000口の公募（別に海外募集32,000口）及びオーバーアロットメントによる売出4,000口を予定し400億円（1口50万円）を調達する。物件取得資金は他に330億円を上場時に借入れする予定。国内募集の主幹事証券は、日興シティグループ証券、UBS証券、野村證券の3社。ブックビルディング期間は10月2日から9日。
